Age: The shelter staff think I am about 6 years old.
Weight: I weigh approximately 48.00 lbs.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Mar 24, 2024 and I am available for adoption now!
Adoption hours: Tuesday - Friday 10:00am - 5:00 pm | Saturday 10:30am - 3:30 pm.
If you are my owner, please call the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter at 951-413-3790, or come to the shelter during business hours with a valid identification (driver's license, etc.) and proof of pet ownership (photos, license, microchip number, etc.) in order to redeem me.

Bio: 03/24/24 16:09 impoundment/intake/vaccines: good boy, but likes to run.
03/26/24 11:10 stressed. constantly barking in kennels
04/21/24 12:47 Took dog out of kennel to retrieve his bowls and he kept trying to run off. He kept alligator rolling and pulling on the leash. Had a very hard time putting him back in his kennel
04/23/24 17:28 Dog screams at times in kennel throughout the day. He will also climb on the kennel door and cries hysterically. He is stressed and over-stimulated. Does not do well in a kennel.
05/03/24 09:30 He has been in and out of public view due to his "kennel stress" and anxiety. Took him out to the play yard for pictures. Wasn't interested in toys, playing of getting attention from staff. He did like his treats but he is not gentle in taking them. There was an "ouch" said very loudly with a shaking of the hand but it was more surprise than anything. The rest of the treats, he caught really well. Nice boy, no aggression just likes his treats a little too enthusiastically. Will need time to feel at home.
