Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 1?? Basic Information * Neutered. * Microchipped, heartworm retest scheduled for June 2026. 2?? Rescue Story * Epel was rescued by Adogs after receiving a report that he was standing dangerously on a road in Gimje City. Even on an unfamiliar road, he continued to trust people until the very end. Epel is now waiting at Adogs for his forever family with whom he can finally rest. 3?? Basic Information * With People: Is shy around strangers at first, but greets them by wagging his tail once he becomes familiar! Follows people around, acting cute so he can get pets. Is very docile while receiving head pats. * With Dogs: Gets defensive of his food when other dogs come near. Usually gets along well with his center friends but has attacked one of them once before. * Separation Anxiety: Unknown yet, as he currently lives in a group setting at our center. * Potty Training: Currently only goes outdoors since he is living at our center. * Hygiene: When he first arrived at our center, he didn’t like being touched and was groomed under sedation. We’re trying again after getting closer to him. * Walks: Does well without pulling on the leash. * Car Sickness: Has no motion sickness and gets in the car on his own. * Dislikes being touched by strangers. Has never bitten familiar people. Tries to snatch treats from your hand, so be careful. Once tried to bite another dog who was watching him eat. Since he may nip or bite other dogs, close supervision is required. * Barks at strangers. May need training in a home environment. * Loves treats! * Although he approaches first to sniff, he still doesn’t like being touched by strangers, so caution is needed. Feels uncomfortable when other dogs get too close during mealtime.
