Sirius is a big, sweet boy with an even bigger heart! At just 2 years old, this German Shepherd mix is already showing what a wonderful companion he can be. Once Sirius is leashed up, he’s a dream on a leash! He enjoys easy, relaxed walks and has even had a friendly parallel walk with a much smaller dog. He has done great with other dogs at the shelter but a meet-and-greet is recommended with any resident dogs to make sure it's a good fit!
Sirius is also a total sweetheart who loves affection. In the play yard, he spent much of his time leaning against his handler and soaking up all the pets he could get. He takes treats gently and calmly, and he already knows how to sit politely for them.
He’s an affectionate, treat-loving, easygoing guy who would love a person or family to call his own. If you’re looking for a big lovable boy who enjoys walks, treats, and plenty of affection, Sirius may be your guy!
