Meet Apollo, an 11-year-old neutered male Queensland Heeler mix who clearly
forgot to read the part of the calendar that says he`s supposed to be a
senior. This spry guy acts more like he`s half his age-and he`s ready to
prove it!
Apollo is a great smaller size and a pretty easygoing walking buddy. He`s
good on leash and knows his sit and shake. He`s also a gentleman when it
comes to treats, taking them gently like the classy guy he is.
Like a youngster, he enjoys a good game of fetch-and if you stop
throwing the ball before he`s ready, he may bark to remind you that your
services are still required.
And if Apollo discovers a particularly interesting smell? Expect a full-body
roll in it. Apparently, some fragrances are best experienced from the
ground.
With his youthful energy, playful personality, smaller size, and good
manners, Apollo is proof that age is just a number-and he has absolutely no
intention of acting his age!
