Cali is a 3-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier/Dalmatian mix with a big
personality and an even bigger heart! She is very treat motivated, sits
beautifully, and takes treats with a gentle mouth. She`s independent but
frequently comes back for pets, treats, snuggles, and butt scratches. Her
family summed her up perfectly: `She is so loving.`
Cali is selective about her dog friends. She had mixed reactions to dogs at
the fence-sometimes friendly, sometimes forward with a little snark thrown
in. Her family reported that she can be friendly with or chase other dogs or
cats, so careful introductions and management will be important.
Walks with Cali can be a little unpredictable. Sometimes she strolls right
beside you like a perfect walking partner, and other times she gets a little
creative with her route!
Cali was surrendered after her family lost their home. They reported that
she is housebroken and crate trained, loves car rides. They also mentioned that
she enjoys chewing on things, so keeping important belongings off the floor
is definitely recommended!
