Meet Blue Eyes – The Husky Who Read the “Indoor Voice” Memo

1-year-old male Husky mix
Professional heartthrob. Amateur lap dog. Part-time sled puller.

First of all… the eyes. Blue Eyes has the kind of piercing blue stare that makes you forget what you were saying mid-sentence. He doesn’t look into your soul — he politely knocks and waits to be invited in.

If you’ve ever loved the idea of a Husky but worried about living with a 24/7 snow-powered tornado, allow us to introduce your plot twist: a lower-energy Husky. Yes, they exist. And yes, he’s real.

Blue Eyes knows “sit,” possibly “leave it” (especially if you have a better treat), and is extremely treat-motivated. This boy will absolutely apply himself academically if snacks are involved. Bonus: he takes treats gently like the polite gentleman he is.

He’s affectionate in that classic Husky way — leans into you for pets, gazes lovingly into your eyes, and then casually attempts to climb into your lap as if he weighs 12 pounds instead of… not 12 pounds.

On leash? He does pull — but in his defense, he is a Husky. Somewhere deep in his DNA, he believes there is a sled that needs moving. With consistency and a little training, he’ll learn that suburban sidewalks are not the Iditarod.
Blue Eyes can be dog selective and may prefer being your one and only leading man. Honestly, he seems perfectly content focusing all that devotion (and dramatic eye contact) on his person.

If you want a strikingly handsome, slightly dramatic, sweet, snack-loving companion who might try to sit in your lap and occasionally pretend he’s pulling a sled — Blue Eyes is ready for his starring role in your life.
