Meet Hum — Your New Snack Supervisor
Hum is a 5-year-old blue merle and white Australian Cattle Dog mix who has clearly chosen his life’s passion: professional treat detection. If snacks are in the area, Hum is already on the case. If snacks are not in the area… he’ll investigate anyway, just to be sure. Thorough. Dedicated. Inspiring.
This friendly, affectionate boy is also a big fan of close companionship. Sit down on a bench and Hum will hop right up next to you, leaning in like, “Hey… what are we working with here?” He loves pets, attention, and being part of whatever you’re doing—especially if it involves snacks.
Hum knows sit and takes treats gently like a total gentleman, but make no mistake—he is very treat motivated. During one petting session, he even attempted a casual inspection of the treat bag. Subtle? No. Effective? Potentially.
Toys are… fine. He’ll chase a ball once or twice, but if he catches even a hint of treats in the air, it’s game over. Why waste energy when snacks are calling? Priorities matter.
He walks nicely on leash, enjoys exploring, and would love a human who appreciates his talents and his affectionate, easygoing nature.
If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick who will keep you company and ensure no snack goes unnoticed, Hum is ready to report for duty.
