Daisy is a 3-year-old Golden Retriever mix with a gentle heart and a calm, affectionate nature.
She has an easygoing personality and forms strong bonds with her people. Daisy enjoys affection but isn't demanding about it—she's just as happy quietly relaxing nearby as she is joining you on a walk or an outing. Whether exploring a trail, spending time in the yard, or settling in at home, she's a wonderful companion with a peaceful presence.
Daisy has done very well on outings away from the shelter. She walks politely on leash, takes treats gently, enjoys meeting new people, and rides quietly in the car once she's aboard (although she's perfectly happy to let you provide the lift!). She settles easily in a home, enjoys a good chew toy, and likes to stay close to her people while still showing a little independent curiosity.
