If there were an Olympic event for watching other dogs, Patches would be bringing home the gold medal. This 3-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix puts on quite the show—when another dog enters the next play yard, he'll dramatically flop onto the ground with his head resting on his paws, watching like it's the season finale of his favorite TV show. The moment the other dog gets close? BOING! He springs to his feet, wiggles from nose to tail, and politely asks if they'd like to be friends.
Patches is easy to leash and a pleasure to walk. Treats are definitely his love language—he sits like a perfect gentleman and takes them with the softest mouth. He's much more interested in sniffing every inch of the yard than playing with toys, proving that every walk is a brand-new adventure. Friendly, affectionate, and always ready for cuddles, Patches loves giving kisses just as much as getting them. He can be a little jumpy when he's excited, but it's all part of his happy, enthusiastic personality.
