8-Year-Old Black Lab | Still Got Some Zoomies Left
Don’t let the “Big” in Big Maverick fool you—this lovable guy has just the right mix of playful energy and sweet, mellow vibes. At 8 years young, Maverick still enjoys a good romp around the play yard and will happily chase a ball or two before coming in for some well-earned scratches (which he loves everywhere).
Maverick is a smart pup who knows how to sit and takes treats like a true gentleman. While he may get a little vocal in his kennel, don’t be discouraged—once he’s outside, he settles in and shows off his charming personality.
Maverick has arthritis, but it doesn’t slow him down too much. He still loves to play and explore, though he might appreciate a cozy spot to rest his joints after a fun day. To keep him comfortable, Maverick will need regular vet check-ups and may benefit from joint supplements or medications.
He’s open to sharing his future home with another dog, but would need to meet them first to make sure it’s a good fit.
