Description: I am a neutered male, brown Carolina Dog mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 10 months old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Aug 07, 2026.
MEET LIONEL
If there was ever an award for the best two toy fetch then Lionel would be the winner! This boy lives for two toy fetch. He loves toys - and shockingly he won't tear them apart. He'll run around with toys in his mouth, toss them around, drop them at your feet and will patiently wait for you to toss it for him. Lionel has learned so much from playing fetch. He's learned to hold toys in his mouth, he's learned to be more patient and less jumpy and mouthy. He's learned some basic cues like sit and lay down and he's slowly learning to stay. Lional is an active little dude but with his compact size and solid little body he's ready for any adventure. He enjoys the water and would really love going on hikes or long trail walks. Lional still has some learning to do like a refresher on house training and crate training but with his eagerness to learn it will be really fun to teach him! If he sounds like the dog for you consider coming to our Boston location to meet him!!!
Lionel is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team.
We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY however, we are unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
