Description: I am a spayed female, brown and black German Shepherd Dog mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 6 months old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Mar 18, 2025.
MEET BAMBI!
*I need to go home to a confident, social dog!*
Bambi is a dainty mixed breed puppy that resembles a baby deer and who was surrendered along with her 9 siblings. She is playful and curious and enjoys exploring outside and playing with her foster sibling. She is mostly potty trained, sleeps through the night in a crate, and is even learning to walk on leash. Because she was not exposed to new people or places as a young puppy, she can be fearful in new environments. Luckily, she has made amazing progress in a foster home with another social dog to help teach her how to adjust to life in a traditional home. She would do best in a home in a low traffic area with patient adopters who are willing to pursue professional, force-free training and continue showing her patience and compassion.
Bambi is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team.
