Description: I am a spayed female, torbie Persian mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 4 years old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Sep 28, 2026.
MEET AUTUMN!
We named Autumn for her beautiful coloring - many hues of fall foliage. She's a loving low-key cat who has lived with other cats. If you know Persians, you'll be familiar with some of Autumn's needs. First, she'll need regular brushing to keep her long coat clean. She came to us with uncomforatable mats that needed to be shaved. Autumn seems to appreciate any sort of attention from people, so grooming should be a good opportunity to socialize. Second, as you can see on her face in her photo, Autumn has a skin condition common to Persians called "Dirty Face Syndrome" that we're currently treating with special cream. Autumn's condition has improved in the shelter since she has had her face cleaned, received an injectable antibiotic and began the topical treatment. We think Autumn is worth these modest accomodations and more! Please come to Dedham to meet Autumn.
Autumn is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team.
We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY however, we are unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
