Located At: BARC Animal Shelter & Adoptions
Description: My name is Nathan.
I am a male, tan and white Siberian Husky mix.
I am a male, tan and white Siberian Husky mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 7 months old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Jul 26, 2026.
I am in a foster home.
Nathan may be a little shy at first, but this sweet boy is slowly coming out of his shell! After just a week in foster, he’s already showing off those little tail wags — and we’re sure there are many more to come.
He loves spending time outside, is potty trained, and is happiest when he can relax and take things at his own pace. He’s still learning to feel comfortable with leashes and crates, and he’ll need a patient family willing to give him plenty of love and reassurance.
Nathan is a gentle soul who may take some time to warm up, but once he feels safe, we know his sweet personality will continue to shine. If you’re looking for a quiet companion and have a little patience to give, Nathan could be your perfect match! ?to meet Ntahan emial BARCFoster@HoustonTx.gov
