I came from approximately Mcconnell St, Aliquippa, Beaver County.

When Yara first arrived at the shelter as a stray, she was understandably shy and shut down. The shelter environment can be overwhelming, especially for a cat who has already been through the uncertainty of life on her own. But with time, patience, and a little TLC, Yara has really blossomed! Yara is currently enjoying some time in a foster home, where she can decompress, relax, and take a break from the busy shelter environment. And what a difference it has made! Once she feels comfortable, Yara shows her sweet side and is a very affectionate girl who loves attention and enjoys being around her people. Yara did test positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). FIV-positive cats can still live happy, loving lives and make wonderful companions. Her adopter should be prepared to provide her with routine veterinary care and keep her indoors in a safe, healthy environment. If you're looking for a sweet girl who has come a long way and is ready to continue blossoming in a loving home, Yara would love the chance to meet you!
