Phineas is a timid little guy who needs some time to feel comfortable before he’s ready to show off his true personality. New people and the big wide world can be pretty scary for him, so he looks to his people for comfort and reassurance while he learns to be brave. Once he gets to know you, though, his perfect personality really starts to shine—he’s energetic, affectionate, and happiest when he’s right by your side! Phineas is still learning the ropes of walking on leash and can be quite fearful outdoors, so he’ll need a patient, loving home willing to help him build his confidence at his own pace. With plenty of encouragement and a little time, we know you’ll discover just how brave this sweet boy can be!
