Dash is a handsome 3-month-old kitten with a gentle heart and a sweet personality. While he may be a little shy at first, he's simply looking for someone who will give him the time and patience he needs to feel safe in his new home. Once Dash begins to acclimate, his affectionate and loving nature starts to shine. He enjoys quiet companionship and is sure to become a loyal friend as his confidence grows. With a little understanding and a lot of love, this special boy will blossom into a wonderful lifelong companion. If you're looking for a kind, gentle kitten to share your home and your heart, Dash is ready to take that journey with you.
Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.
Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
