Doja is a 5-year-old sweetheart with one simple request: please don't forget the butt scritches! They're her absolute favorite, and she'll happily remind you with purrs, head bumps, and plenty of love. This beautiful girl is as affectionate as they come. She's a total love bug who adores spending time with her people, soaking up attention, and making every day a little brighter with her sweet personality. Whether she's leaning in for pets or relaxing by your side, Doja's happiest when she's sharing love with the people she cares about. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a heart full of affection and a soft spot for butt scritches, Doja is ready to wiggle her way right into your heart—and onto your couch!
Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.
Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
