Slow proper intros to dogs - really needs a lengthy decompression prior to attempting intros - this step should NOT be skipped as he has been in the shelter system for two years
Does not like high energy dominant male dogs, shows better body language with laid back female dogs
Easy on leash, no pull
Knows "leave it"
Like to chew up toys but does not ingest the pieces
Loves pupperoni and any chew bones
Scared of kuranda cots but likes blankets
Prefers weather to be under 75 degrees for outdoor activity
Does not like rain or baths - doesn't do anything bad, just turns into a statue
Good with kids (has met toddlers and older)
Can be taken into any public situation and be relied on every time to be a perfect gentleman
Gets zoomies in yards
House trained
Loves to take naps
Will not beg for human food but if you leave a sandwich on your desk and walk away, he will take it :) LOL
Not a huge fan of fetch or tug, prefers to play with toys himself
