This sweet 1.5-year-old spayed Boxer mix is bursting with love, energy, and tail wags—and she’s looking for her forever home!
Meet Peppermint—loyal, smart, playful, happy, athletic, and incredibly affectionate. She’s the total package! One look at the adorable pink heart on her nose, and you’ll understand why everyone who meets her falls in love.
Peppermint is also a fast learner—she already knows sit, stay, down, and shake, and she’s picking up even more in her foster home thanks to her eagerness to please and sharp mind. Whether it’s showing off her tricks, going for a run, or hiking up a trail, Peppermint is the perfect adventure buddy. She’s even great with kids—she’s been gentle and sweet with the children she’s met in park settings.
On leash, she’s focused and athletic, and she takes treats with the gentlest touch. She loves to play fetch and waits patiently for you to toss the ball. While she can get excited in her kennel, she settles beautifully once she’s outside and engaged.
When it comes to other dogs, Peppermint is mostly dog-friendly but has some selectivity—she does best with calm or submissive pups (especially males) and may react to dominant energy. Slow, thoughtful introductions work best, and once she clicks with a dog friend, she’s ready to romp and play.
She’s curious about cats and tends to want to play-chase them. While she’s showing promise with redirection training, a cat-free home may be the most harmonious fit for now.
If you’re looking for a loving, loyal companion to join your adventures—and shower you with kisses along the way—Peppermint could be your perfect match. Come meet her and see for yourself. Just be ready to fall head over heels!
