Looking for a dog with a big ol’ squishy head? An endless amount of sass and side-eye? And a heart full of love, fueled by treats and affection? Meet Mitch.
If you look up “goober” in the dictionary, you’ll find Mitch’s name. This lovable boy will steal your heart with his permanent smile, squishability, and happy-go-lucky nature. Not only is he house and crate trained, but he’s non-destructive when left out, lounging around on his bed and snoozing during the day. A huge fan of toys, he entertains himself; but don’t worry, he needs frequent power-naps to recharge and stay on his A-game. Always down for an adventure, he’s had a blast at Freedom Park, getting to play in the creek and watch the ducks. He’d currently do best in a home as the only dog, and he’s recommended for kids 12+ since he jumps when he’s excited.
While Mitch doesn’t ask for much, he’ll repay you with pure love and kisses. If you’re looking to fill your home with laughter and a true companion that will always be by your side, then look no further.
• Happy-go-lucky, playful, loveable, hilarious personality
• House and crate trained
• Non-destructive when left out during the day
• Huge fan of bones and chew toys + self-entertains with toys
• Always down for an adventure!
• An excellent car rider, he jumps right in and promptly fall asleep
• Does great with meeting new people
• Jumps when excited, so recommend kids 12+ for now
• Would currently do best as a single dog due to his excited nature when seeing other dogs, redirects with treats (not officially dog tested yet)
• Knows “sit”
• Walks well with a harness
• Loves to run around and play, but tires himself out quickly, so needs lots of power naps
• Enjoys cooling off in water on a hot day
• Treat-motivated, so easier to train + takes them very gently
