Young male, 2+ years, heartbreakingly underweight and skin in need of TLC but already showing incredible resilience
Wonderful house manners — no accidents, no marking, and settled calmly inside - knew to potty outside
Dog-friendly and cat-respectful — non-reactive to resident pets even when challenged; peaceful soul (see videos)
Great in the car — rides quietly, rests easily, and travels like a seasoned co-pilot
Sweet and trusting — affectionate, gives gentle puppy kisses, and takes treats softly
Playful and smart — loves toys, enjoys tug, mastered a slow feeder puzzle toy, and already knows sit and paw (see videos)
No guarding behaviors — relaxed and cooperative, even with prized toys and chews (see videos)
Crate-capable — settles with comfort items when his pack is nearby; may show some separation anxiety when alone (see videos)
Despite everything he’s endured, his spirit is warm, loving, and full of hope. He doesn’t need perfection. He needs someone willing to help him heal, gain strength, and finally feel safe.
