Meet Elle !
Elle is a 2-year-old pit bull/rat terrier mix with a gentle, loving spirit and a heart full of affection. She came to the shelter at the beginning of May as a stray, and since then has been patiently waiting for a place—and people—to call her own.
Elle is almost fully potty trained and is crate trained. She is non destructive if left out alone and prefers to spend her quiet time curled up on the couch catching up on sleep.
She has a sweet and shy personality—when you go to pet her, she’ll often sit or lay down in the most endearing way. While she can be a little nervous in new environments or around things like stairs, she warms up quickly with a little reassurance.
Elle is a dream companion: she rides great in the car, walks beautifully on a leash, and is happiest simply being near her people and soaking up affection.
She would thrive in a home that can offer patience, love, and consistency as she continues to build confidence. In return, Elle will give you unwavering loyalty and the sweetest companionship.
