More Info: I was picked up in Charlotte.
I have been at the shelter since May 27, 2026.

Patches is the perfect balance of playful and chill, cuddly and independent, talkative and quiet, curious and nonchalant.
He loves to climb and be on a high perch and loves to play with his wand toy, straws, plastic balls w/ bells, and spring toys (anything that is light and makes noise).
He is comfortable and confident being the only kitty at home, but would certainly enjoy a kitty friend (he had a kitty roommate in foster). Although he hasn’t been exposed to kids or dogs, I believe he’d do well with either.
He is a good eater, has excellent litter box habits, and is happy napping or sleeping near his human.
He has quirks - he burrows his head in the litter to clear a ‘spot’, he likes to groom his human, and he ‘nurses’ the tip of his tail to self soothe. It’s the cutest thing!
Patches is truly the perfect kitten for any family.
