Bailey was very fearful in the shelter. Now, she is doing so much better in a foster home! Bailey does not act or look 15. She can climb stairs, jump by herself into and out of the car, walk for 20 minutes several times a day, and she walks quickly with pep in her step. She acts like 13 maybe. Bailey has been very easy to care for. She has not experienced bladder concerns so far. However, she may be partially deaf (Clapping hands and flickuing lights on and off to get her attention.)
