Meet Oreo.
He’s 100 lbs of love with a heart of gold. While his former family moved out of the country and could no longer care for him, they said he was the friendliest boy, both with adults and children; they also said he was dog-friendly (although proper intros are advised).
In foster, Oreo appears potty-trained. He is happiest with his person receiving cuddles, and he firmly believes he’s a lap dog. While he might be a big boy, he walks well on leash and travels well in the car, staying in one place. Nonreactive on walks, he’s happy exploring and splashing in creeks. One of his cutest mannerisms is dunking his whole head in a bucket of water. Not overly motivated by toys or treats right now, he will still gently accept treats. He already knows basic commands like sit, paw, and lay down, wanting to please you and make you happy.
A gentle giant with so much love to give, this beautiful boy is ready to find a family. Will it be you?
