Meet Jasper, a 2-year-old gentle soul who's ready to brighten your day! From our volunteer observations, Jasper seems to be a laid-back and social pup who enjoys the simple pleasures of life. He usually walks well on a leash and appears to get excited about outdoor adventures. While he can be a bit timid at times, Jasper often seems content exploring his surroundings and sitting quietly in the yard.
