Rice is a 7-year-old female dog in need of placement and medical care. She currently has a skin infection and entropion that will require treatment. At this time, her medical care has been difficult to provide due to her behavior and stress level in the shelter environment. Rice is looking for a rescue, foster, or adopter who can provide her with the care, patience, and medical attention she needs.
