Shorty is an 8-year-old female dog who is facing a serious medical situation and urgently needs someone willing to advocate for her. Shorty has a suspected cancerous mass on her left front leg (LF). The mass is uncomfortable and is already affecting her gait, making it difficult for her to move normally. She will need a surgical procedure, and based on her medical evaluation, amputation is likely. At 8 years old, Shorty should be spending her days feeling safe and loved — not struggling with a painful mass. If you can't foster or adopt, PLEASE SHARE Shorty's story.
