Soy is a sensitive, timid pup who is still learning that new people and experiences can be safe. He can become very frightened when being leashed and may need extra time, patience, and gentle handling as he builds confidence. Once outside, though, Soy showed some curiosity and began sniffing and exploring his surroundings. Even while feeling overwhelmed, he remained tolerant of his handlers and showed glimpses of the sweet dog underneath all that uncertainty. Soy isn't quite ready to seek out attention yet, but with a patient person willing to let him adjust at his own pace, he may begin to show more of his personality as he feels secure.
