Maverick is a handsome boy who may be a little shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, his personality really shines through. He’s very active and loves to play, but he also has a bit of a “Velcro dog” side and prefers to be close to his people as much as possible.
Because of this, Maverick is looking for a home that understands his need for connection and can help him channel his energy in positive ways. He does have some sensitivity around resources, so he would do best in a home with older kids (14+) who can respect his space and boundaries. With structure, patience, and plenty of playtime, Maverick is sure to be an incredibly loyal and engaging companion.
