Time to meet the terrific Theodore, one of a two-dog act! He's quite a dapper gentleman who loves a good, rigorous sniff and plenty of pets and belly rubs. He comes with his bestest buddy Bailey (A1357434); being as she's his happy place, they'll need to be adopted together and they'll need to go to a home with no kids and no other pets. He's got some allergies, but his new friends will be happy to provide more info and if you've got a quiet home and room in your heart for two great dogs, he's so ready to meet you!
