Description: Shelter staff named me George and I am a male, black and brown German Shepherd Dog mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 4 months old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Jul 24, 2025 and I may be available for adoption on Jul 31, 2025 at 10:00AM.
If you are my owner, please call the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter at 951-413-3790, or come to the shelter during business hours with a valid identification (driver's license, etc.) and proof of pet ownership (photos, license, microchip number, etc.) in order to redeem me.

Slab fracture of R maxillary premolar
Abdominal palpation soft, non painful
superficial abrasions dorsum L and R metarsal
Superficial abrasions over caudoventrum
Pain on attempt to stand, non weight bearing LH, weak in RH
pain on manipulation of L hip, non abnormalities palpated in other long boned or joints
CP appears absent both HL, but very weak
superficial pain present x 4
Radiographs
Cranial dorsal luxation of L femoral head
< 50% acetabular coverage of R femoral head
normal physes open
Recommend sedation to reduce luxation and clean wounds
- L femoral head reduced back into acetabulum and Ehmer sling placed. Confirmed with radiographs
Ehmer sling in 14 days- monitor for signs of dermatitis
Keep dog stricly rested
Recommend fractured tooth be removed
Recommend medical rescue end of day Saturday pending Doctor's assessment if needs extension.
