Weight: I weigh approximately 43.20 lbs.

Meet Fortune! This sweet girl is still finding her confidence, and who can blame her? The shelter can be a pretty overwhelming place. She’s a little timid and currently more comfortable taking things in at her own pace, but there’s a gentle sweetness underneath that cautious exterior.
Fortune met Lola and Dora and was tolerant but mostly uninterested in making new dog friends. She showed no concerns with food guarding, walks nicely on leash, and already knows “sit.” She’s also happy to accept treats, which could be the perfect way to help her come out of her shell. Toys aren’t really her thing right now, but that may change once she’s feeling safe and settled.
Fortune may need a little patience and reassurance, but I have a feeling that once she trades the shelter for a cozy home, her confidence will grow and her personality will truly blossom. She just needs someone willing to give her the time and space to discover how wonderful life can be.
