Bio: If you’re looking for a gentle companion to enjoy life’s quieter moments with, Bensen is waiting to meet you! At 10 years old, this handsome Shepherd mix is looking to spend his golden years in a peaceful home where he can truly relax. Here’s what one his friends at the shelter said:
“The first thing you’ll notice upon meeting Bensen is just how CHARMING and HANDSOME he is. The next thing you’ll discover is how friendly, smart, well-mannered, good-natured, and polite he is. He’s always happy doing whatever his person is doing and is a calm, quiet and mellow guy.”
As a senior, Bensen has some old man medical needs that his future family will need to help him manage so he can stay comfortable. He has a previous CCL rupture and will require lifelong joint care and supplements to keep him mobile. He also deals with some allergies. In return for the little bit of extra TLC that Bensen needs, he has a huge heart full of love to offer!
Bensen shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been independent and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’s looking for a home without small dogs and will likely do best in a home without cats.
