More Info: I have been at the shelter since Mar 29, 2026 and am ready to go home today!

Bio: Cosmo is a friendly guy who first came to PACC as a stray all the way back in 2022. In his most recent home Cosmo did well with small dogs and was described as an affectionate and playful boy who loves toys, likes car rides, and sticks close to his favorite humans. Cosmo needs a bit of time to feel safe with new people, but if you’re in his circle, count yourself lucky- this boy is affectionate and as sweet as they come!! Here’s what one volunteer at the shelter said:
“Cosmo is one of my favorites and such a sweet boy. He was clearly a little bit overwhelmed to be back at the shelter, but he adjusted quickly and is affectionate and loving with his volunteer friends. He’s easy to leash and walk and just a gentle and loving boy who has a big heart. He loves getting pets and cuddling close- super sweet!!”
Cosmo shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. Ask to meet Cosmo today!!
