Bio: Sometimes life throws you a curve ball, and this sweet pup has had few hurled his way! Initially arriving at the shelter after a run in with a car, he got the care he needed and headed to a home for about a month. He was reportedly crate trained and was described as an affectionate, playful boy who loves toys and being close to his people. Unfortunately, Prince was returned to the shelter when his people moved. Now, this sweet boy has been diagnosed with heartworm and really needs to find a quiet home for the duration of his treatment.
Prince is a favorite of both staff and volunteers- he is easy to handle, walks nicely on leash, and enjoys pets and affection. Here’s what one staff member said:
“Prince was a little shy at first, but once he got into the yard he was SUPER playful. He met a couple of same sized dogs and had good interactions with all- it was fun to watch. Prince allowed handling and solicited attention.”
Prince shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been playful, social and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Please ask to meet Prince today!!
