Bio: Did you know that you can check out a dog from PACC like a library book?? PACC’s behavior team has identified sweet, easygoing, well-behaved dogs who are eligible to go on community day trips. Marnie is very popular among the day trip crowd, with people lining up to check out this sweet, gorgeous girl! Here’s what some of her friends have said about their experiences with Marnie:
“Marnie got to go for a long walk around the lake. She is friendly and curious. She really loves cars and wanted to get in every one she saw. She is very friendly and loved walking around the lake.”
“She gets a grade of A+ from our day when we walked around campus, went to Starbucks and rode in the car. Marnie is an energetic, strong cutie who is sociable, likes car rides, walks on leash, enjoys being outdoors and running, is housebroken, and is a big a couch potato.”
“Marnie is sweet and gentle. She had a day on the town! She got to ride in the car and go to the park. She had a pup cup and a hamburger patty from In-n-Out. She enjoyed being called pretty when she walked around the pet stores. On the way back to PACC she slept with her head in the driver's lap. She’s a sweet girl who takes food/ treats by hand VERY GENTLY.”
Marnie’s volunteer friends also love her, with one sharing the following:
“Marnie is a sweet girl who is a little shy. She looked back to me often with those beautiful eyes. She had a great time hanging out with her kennelmate in the yard and enjoyed cuddling.”
In a short- term home Marnie was housebroken. She shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been tolerant and independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’d like to meet any potential furry roommates before heading home to ensure a good fit. Unlike a book, if you come check out Marnie, you won’t want to return her! Come meet her today!
