Bio: What’s your favorite thing to chew? Bubblegum? Beef Jerky? Your fingernails? Gummy worms? A good steak? An existential question? Our sweet boy Chewy will answer that question with, “Anything you are willing to give me!" Raw bones, carrots, treats, sticks, he loves them all!
Chewy is a perfect puppy; a warm and friendly, active and mischievous young guy who is ready to get outta the shelter for good! He had the opportunity to spend time in a couple of foster homes with his foster families sharing:
“Chewy is a very good boy, a typical puppy who loves to chew! He will be the best dog with some patience and dedication to training. He hardly barks or whines. He is crate trained and goes in pretty easily and leashes up easily.”
“Chewy is a very lovely boy with a high potential!”
Chewy has shared his kennel politely and has been playful, social, and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup- staff noted that he had a great time racing around the yard!
Chewy is looking for a furever home with a family who can help him learn all of his very best big boy skills. At only a year old, he’s still a puppy with endless potential for learning! If you feel this boy chewing on the strings of your heart, come meet sweet Chewy today!!
