Bio: Pokemon folks know that Evee is a very small, very cute Pokemon who has the ability to evolve into many forms and adapt smoothly and perfectly to any environment. Our Evee is bit bigger than her chipmunk- sized namesake, but we think she has those other qualities… she’s certainly very cute!
Evee has the ability to evolve into the following forms:
- A best friend
- A faithful companion
- An adventure buddy
- A cherished family member
- A comedian to make you laugh
- A snuggle buddy
- A barrier to loneliness
And that’s just to name a few! And while we agree that Evee could adapt to a variety of environments, the one she’s hoping for is a home of her very own!!
Evee originally came to the shelter as a stray and her finder described her as a lovable, well- trained dog who seemed to know “sit” and “stay”. She also did great with kids. Here’s what volunteers at the shelter have said:
“I met Evee for the first time today. She was eager to be leashed and walked well on a leash staying by my side. She leans on you for comfort and loves chicken.”
“Evee is a very sweet and affectionate girl. At just about a year old she’s very much a bouncy puppy but is super eager to please and really seems to love people. In the play yard she often sits by my chair and leans on me for pets, taking occasional breaks to play with her kennelmate. A very nice dog who will thrive with a bit of stability and training.”
Evee is a playful and athletic girl who has been social and tolerant when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’s a talented acrobat who needs a secure yard, and she’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. Ask to meet Evee today!!
