Bio: In ancient Roman culture “Luna” was the divine embodiment of the Moon. Many cultures across the world revere the moon as a powerful, magical, life-giving force. The moon is quite incredible, impacting the tides, climate, even humans’ biological rhythms! We have a sweet mature pup named Luna at PACC- a humble gal who only wants to impact the amount of love in your home. Like a high tide, she’ll fill your home with sweet doggy love!

Luna lived in one home most of her life until her family was no longer able to care for her. She was reported to be house and crate trained in that home. Win-win!

Here’s what one of Luna’s volunteer friends at the shelter said:

“Luna is a funny middle-aged lady! She was easy to walk over to a play yard. Once in the yard she went potty right away. I was sitting on a chair and she came and crawled underneath my legs, going back and forth a couple of times, so silly! She would crawl under and then stand next to me for rubs! She repeatedly played this little game; it was so cute! She curiously watched the world go by with a waggy tail.”

Luna has shared her kennel politely with another PACC pup and has been independent and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. Very good girl Luna is ready to head home and be a bright and steady light in your life- come meet her today!
