Bio: Monserrath is a different spelling of “Montserrat”, the second most popular name for women in Catalonia. It's the name of acclaimed artists, athletes, journalists, professors, poets, musicians and activists. The name day for Montserrat is celebrated April 27th- a perfect day to celebrate Monserrath, the sweet brindle pittie.
This Monserrath goes by “Montsita”, like the famous opera singer. She has big bunny ears, four white paws, freckles on her nose and a darling underbite.
During a short foster stay, Monserrath was calm and cuddly. She enjoyed napping on the couch, chewing on bully sticks and chasing lizards around the yard. Dogs on TV caught her attention as well! She was crate-curious- willing to go in for treats and doing well practicing for short periods. When left alone in the house, she was completely non-destructive.
On walks, Monserrath is a very good loose-leash walker, preferring to stay right next to you. She was interested in, but not reactive to, other dogs. Sweet Montsita is drawn to people and clearly looking for someone to love. Bring this cuddle bug into your life and she will be forever grateful!
