Bio: Trooper is a sweet and gentle little gal who can’t wait to get outta the shelter and into a home where she can get her daily dose of snuggles! The shelter can be a scary place for such a sensitive sweetie, but she has shown herself to be brave, resilient and above all else, a humungous love bug! Here’s what some of her friends have said:

“Miss Trooper is really sweet and she likes to cuddle in a yard. Easy to leash and she's getting better walking each time she goes out. She enjoys chilling outside and getting pet.”

“I brought Trooper and her kennelmate out to a play yard this morning. She was easy to leash up in kennel and walk over to the play yard. She went potty right away and then was ready for snuggles! Trooper had a much larger kennelmate; there was such a size difference between the two of them, at one point Trooper walked right underneath her buddy and they both acted like it was the most normal thing in the world! Trooper is such a cutie! She jumped up next to me on a bench and stood happily by my side getting pets. She is so adorable! She was easygoing and relaxed; a doll to have in the yard!”

“Trooper is so cute with her Shar Pei-ish snoot. Once in the yard she was a super snuggler and shared affection beside her kennelmate. What a sweet and brave little girl she is!”

Trooper shares her politely and would to meet any resident dogs before hedaing home to ensure a good fit.

If you can relate to feeling overwhelmed in noisy environments and relishing the calm, quiet serenity of your home, you know what Trooper is dreaming of. Come meet her today so you can head home and relax together!
