Bio: There’s nothing quite like a late summer monsoon storm here in the desert- the drop in temperature, moody clouds and refreshing rain bring sweet relief from the seemingly never-ending summer heat. A storm can be the best part of one’s day when it provides a moment to breathe and take in the beauty of nature. If you’re a fan of storms and natural beauty, have we got a pup for you! Meet our darling girl, Storm!
In a former home Storm was described as an independent pup who is crate trained and loved toys! On a recent day trip she was described as a sweet, smart and cuddly girl who enjoyed a car ride, a walk at a park and of course- treats!
“Storm did great! She knew sit, lie down, and "kisses" for treats. She let two children pet her.”
Storm shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been social and tolerant when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’d like to meet any smaller resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit.
Our shelter staff believe that Storm is a Doberman Pinscher and Queensland Heeler mix- anyone who knows about dog breeds will identify that these are both working breeds with lots of energy! They thrive when they have the opportunity to use their minds and bodies. Storm is looking for a furever home where she will be given the mental and physical stimulation that she’s built for. She’d love to meet you soon!
