Bio: There are some love songs that never go out of style. Think “I Will Always Love You” by Whitney Houston, “Happy” by Pharrell Williams, or “The Way You Look Tonight“ by Frank Sinatra, to name a few. We’ve got a great boy named Dusty who is a big fan of Stevie Wonder’s “I Just Called to Say I Love You”! Not only does he love Stevie’s voice, but he admires a fellow visually impaired gentleman who has achieved such fame! Dusty is hoping that he can achieve star-status in the hearts and home of a furever family! Volunteers adore him, with one saying:
“Aw, Dusty is a very special pup! He is a loverboy who is playful, snuggly, bouncy and joyful! He is barky when you first approach him (understandable with a vision impairment!), but as soon as you begin to interact with him, his derpy, sweet personality is evident! Even though he has trouble seeing, it doesn’t stop him from running around, exploring the play yard and sitting pretty for treats! He loves to be snuggled and is a really fantastic boy!”
Dusty would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. Dusty can't wait until his true love will sing Stevie’s famous words to him: “I just called to say I love you. I just called to say how much I care. And I mean it from the bottom of my heart.” If you’re looking to give your heart to a sweet boy who would love to give you his in return, come meet Dusty today!
