More Info: I have been at the shelter since Mar 27, 2026 and am ready to go home today!

Bio: Sometimes a pup just needs a bit of extra TLC, and Fortuna is one such sensitive soul. This sweet gal is understandably overwhelmed in the overcrowded shelter, but she’s working hard to trust and be brave. Here’s what volunteers have said:
“Fortuna ate some cheese bits in kennel, leashed easily, then had a good loose leash walk to the park. Good walk back, easy unleash, accepted touch and allowed me to adjust her collar in kennel. Clear and significant improvement.”
Fortuna would love to continue her journey in a quiet home with a family who will be patient as she adjusts. She has been tolerant and independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Please ask about how you can help Fortuna today!!
