Bio: Whether you’re more familiar with Arnold Palmer the golfer or the drink named after him (half sweet tea, half lemonade, total perfection!), we can agree that either Palmer is a good bet! The former was inarguably one of the greatest American golfers in history and the latter is sure to quench your thirst on a sunny Tucson day! We’d like to add a third Palmer to the list- meet our darling doggo, Palmer! His volunteer friends think he’s a hole in one:
“Aw, Palmer! This stunning boy has such a unique look, with his little brindle stripes hidden beneath his brown fluff! He immediately came up to me when he entered the play yard, gave me a good sniff and then sat right down next to me for pets! He showed no hesitation or nervousness and we became best friends! Palmer is quite a gentle and sweet fellow; he was content to sit by my side, soaking in all the love! He has a very vocal kennelmate who chased him around the yard to play and he just took it all in stride! It was starting to heat up and he found the pool and took a little dip! This boy is an easygoing darling!”
Palmer shares his kennel well with another PACC pup and has been tolerant and independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. If you’re looking to score under 70 (elite status!) on your dog pick, we’d highly recommend Palmer! You will truly bring home a win!
