Bio: Walter is a sweet senior boy who needs a foster or adoptive home! He recently had surgery that removed a mass and repaired a hernia and recovery in the shelter just isn’t ideal. Here’s what one friend said:
“Walter is a very sweet boy. He was easy to leash and a nice easy walker. He seemed very curious about what was going on and was a great sniffer. He wasn’t a pull dog and if he did it was ever so slight and would be corrected by a little tug on his leash and a verbal ‘no’. We came across many blackbirds and dogs in the park and he would watch to see what they were doing but never had any desire to pull towards them. All in all, he was a pleasant dog to take for a walk.”
Walter is a mellow and easygoing boy who is looking for retirement home where he can keep living life in the slow lane. He shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Ask to meet Walter today!!
