Bio: “The great chowder debate” refers to the historic culinary rivalry between New England style and Manhattan style clam chowder, which has prompted annual chowder festivals and competitions around the country! You might think of it as a tamale festival, but east-coast style! Whether you’re a New England or Manhattan fan, or you hate seafood altogether, you’re in luck-we have a Chowder that blows them all out of the water! Meet our resident silly baby boy, Chowder! His volunteer friends think he’s a pretty perfect puppy, with one telling us:
“Chowder is a super goofball! He is a high-energy, playful, fun-loving puppy! I spent time with him in a play yard today and he just wanted to run and play, play, play! After running around with his kennelmate and burning up some energy, he came over for snuggles and was soon on his back next to me, enjoying belly rubs! He was curious about the dogs and people around, eager to explore and say hello. He’s a jolly boy!”
Chowder shares his kennel with another PACC pup and would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. Whether you call him “Chowd-UH’,” New England style, or hit that strong -er with “Chowd-ER,” Chowder doesn't care- as long as you also call him yours!! Ask to meet Chowder today!
