Hi, I’m Bambi!
I'm Bambi, a 5-month-old German Shepherd puppy, and right now I am an adorable fuzzy baby.
Look at me!
Sweet face.
Big ears.
Puppy eyes.
PERFECT.
But before you scoop me up and start planning our life together, there's something important we need to discuss.
I'm not going to stay a little fuzzy baby forever.
I'm going to become a big, smart, active German Shepherd.
And all this potential?
SOMEBODY HAS TO DO SOMETHING WITH IT.
I'm an incredibly sweet puppy with the ability to grow into one AMAZING adult dog—but I need a family who's ready to help me get there.
That means training.
Structure.
Boundaries.
Exercise.
Mental stimulation.
Consistency.
And yes, obviously...
LOTS OF LOVE.
What I do not need is someone who thinks my entire life should consist of lying on the couch looking handsome.
I mean...
I can absolutely do that after we've done something. ??
Teach me things!
Take me places!
Work my brain!
Give me appropriate ways to use my energy!
Show me what you expect from me while I'm still young enough to learn.
I'm smart.
I'm sweet.
I'm eager.
And I'm only five months old, which means there is SO much opportunity to help shape the dog I'm going to become.
I could grow into an absolutely incredible companion.
But great dogs don't magically appear when puppies become adults.
YOU'VE GOTTA PUT IN THE WORK.
Give me structure.
Give me training.
Give me adventures.
Give me love.
And then, after we've accomplished something together...
YES. WE CAN ABSOLUTELY GO LIE ON THE COUCH.
Bambi is spayed, dewormed, microchipped and is up to date with vaccines. Her adoption fee is $650.00, plus $8.50 for the dog license if you are a resident of NYC. Bambi will also get one free exam with one of our participating veterinarians within 30 days of his adoption.
If you'd like to meet her please visit, we're conveniently located in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn near the F train (Ft Hamilton Pkwy) and the B16 bus. We're open daily for adoptions from 11am to 5:30pm.
